• Technical navigation data (IP address, user-agent) for security and spam prevention.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data exclusively to respond to commercial inquiries and to provide contracted services. Legal basis: pre-contractual procedures and legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, V and IX).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with infrastructure providers (hosting, transactional email) strictly required to operate the service, always under a data processing agreement.

5. Retention

Commercial contacts are retained for the time necessary to fulfill the request and legal/tax obligations.

6. Data subject rights

You may request access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion or information about the processing of your data by writing to contato@fortesecurity.com.br.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies. A consent banner and granular cookie management will be made available in the VencyOne Privacy Center.
